i recently accepted a new job and am looking for someone to replace me on the lease. the room is a master bedroom in a townhouse, located within walking distance of the dunn loring metro station. the area is also within walking distance of the up-and-coming mosaic district. lots of great shops, restaurants, and bars nearby!

kitchen has granite countertops and hardwood cabinets. master also has a built in closet with plenty of storage. there are two assigned parking spaces, if you have a car.

you would be living with three other guys for the remainder of the lease term, which expires in early july. they are all recent graduates that are very sociable and friendly. one works as a reporter, the other works in the financial services industry, and the other does administrative work at a government contractor.

the room is available asap and there is some flexibility on move in dates. there is also a possibility of a long-term lease once the current lease expires.

we are looking for someone with good credit and can assist in paying bills. we do insist that you provide proof of employment as well as credit score so that we can proceed with having you take over the remainder of the lease.
