heyy! my name's amanda, i'm a 25 yo looking for a laid back but responsible roommate.. i work full time, generally about 50 hours a week actually, and am a full time student taking online classes. so when i'm not at work i'm usually at home doing homework. i do go out on the weekends though and let the stress off from the week. i'm a pretty laid back person, i dont mind company and i do respect other people's space. the room includes a walk in closet and big window. we would share a bathroom but it's a pretty big bathroom with plenty of storage. i do have two small dogs in the apartment, they're sweethearts but obviously if you're not a dog person then this would not work. the rent is $280 and am asking for half of utilities.. this would include water, electricity, cable/internet and would run you about $115/mo.
