male and female coed roomates looking for two additional roomates (gender isn't an issue). this is a 4 bedroom home, currently under renovation and will be ready for move in mid-february. we are in our mid-20's but we do not have limitations on age groups, anyone is welcome to inquire.

the house is located within 3 miles of both tcc and fsu. it comes equipped with all amenities, which include: washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, refridgerator, etc. there is a 10 foot underground swimming pool in the fenced in backyard, which also has a large gazebo and a spread out porch-deck which is made of concrete and wood.

there are 2 rooms avaliable. they are medium sized rooms, no bigger than the master or the other spare. the two rooms do not have private bathrooms, but will be able to share a private bathroom together; as me and my current roomate will be doing also.
