our family is looking for a roommate to share our 3 bedroom apartment. we would like to rent out one unfurnished room. both parents work/go to school, so our two kids are either at home with a babysitter or at daycare.the apt. is on the second floor, so take that into consideration- especially if you have heavy furniture that will need moved.
you will have to apply to the community office before you can be approved to live in the apartment. i will provide you with more information once we get in contact.
we need a roommate who doesn't mind being around kids, doesn't smoke or drink, and doesn't party, preferably female.
the rent is a flat rate of $400 a month, all utilities, including electric, water, and garbage, is included with the price.
shared washer/dryer and kitchen. you will have one bathroom to yourself and a closet in the bedroom. cable hookups are available, but arranging that will be your own responsibility.
