i have an extra bedroom in my house that needs to be rented, shared bathroom but no one else using at present. the house is about three-four blocks from route 7 (nova).

it is a two story with 2.5 baths, kitchen, living room, family and dining room, deck with grill and patio set. it includes access to washer and dryer.

asking price is $700 which does include utilities. security system on house.

i am looking for mature (any age open) adults, preferably females, who are not into loud evenings, rude remarks, or smoking/excessive alcohol...although if you want a drink every now and then, i won't object! i do smoke, but never in the house.

wifi available. parking in driveway or in front of house for vehicle (non commercial). can not take pets as i have two people friendly dogs (but not cat friendly). they do not jump up or slobber, they lay around and sleep all day.
