i am looking for a roommate. i currently live in a one bedroom apartment and i am looking to upgrade to a two bedroom. i work full time from 8-4:30 and then i go to school from 5:30-10:30. i am never home - so it would be like having your own place. i'm looking for a female ages 24-32. i am 28 years old. no smokers, no heavy partying, one pet is welcomed if you pay the pet fee. there is only a $50 deposit that is required from you - as i paid $200 deposit when i moved in. i have to give a 30 day notice. so from the time we come to a mutual agreement that you will be moving in is the 30 day notice that we would be moving in.
