i own a 4 bedroom/2 full bathroom house that's too big for me alone. room mates are great both for company and we save each other a lot of money vs. trying to get your own place and pay for everything yourself.this home will be a great fit for you if you're a nerd who loves video gaming. the living room is basically a lan setup with a spot for everyone's personal computer. communal gaming is highly encouraged. it's common for friends to come over to play games together. it's often not a quiet home at late hours, so if you like to go to bed early at night and can't stand ear plugs, you won't want to live here. but if noise doesn't bother you or you like to party yourself, the home is a good fit.
in the rent, all utilities are included including high speed cable internet, and the comcast digital premier package with basically every channel you'd want to watch including hbo, starz, showtime, and cinemax. the 50" large screen tv for movies/shows is shared in common by myself and any room mates in a den area of the house, but you only need to share as often as someone else is waiting to watch. sometimes i've been able to watch tv for hours on end because no one else wanted to use the tv, and you may be able to do the same from time to time.
