this is a clean home in excellent condition and we are looking for a mature, quiet, responsible individual to rent to. therefore we have the following conditions for anyone interested:
looking to share our home with a mature, professional female only
must be quiet(no partiers, no loud music or get togethers, etc)
must be clean and keep the rented area in order
no drug use of any kind
no smokers, not even outside the home
no pets
a criminal background check as well as reference checks will be completed on all applicants.
serious inquiries only! if you do not meet the criteria mentioned above please do not waste our time or yours. rent is $980 per month due on the 1st of each month. a security deposit of 1/2 month's rent will be required upon moving in as well but is negotiable with a payment plan.
