this is a fabulous home with a huge fenced yard, central air, and a washer and dryer . bedroom has a view of the yard, as well as a nice sized closet. tile floors keep the house cool, and the kitchen area gets plenty of light. full house privileges, in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet still close to many markets, stores, restaurants, banks, etc. must be comfortable with animals, and be very responsible. i am a quiet, easy-going person, and consider my home my sanctuary. occassional guests are ok, but generally i prefer my privacy, and rarely have guests myself. i look forward to meeting you!
