hey, my name is jake and i have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with all hardwood floors and a 65" bigscreen hd tv in the livingroom. my roommate “she” will be moving out may 15th and i would like to move in a new roommate may 16th for $700 per month all utilities included. i have a washer and dryer in the garage and so it would just be me and my cat monique here knowone else. your room has large closet and 2 french doors leading out to a screened porch with couch, glass table and plants over looking the back yard. i am a nice person no kids and never married so a lot less hassles and i have my own business.
this house is only 3 houses from the waters of tampa bay. i am only a couple miles from gandy bridge so if you need to go to tampa it is very close and if you just head down 4th street from my house downtown st. pete is really close also.
