i am a professional female (late 20s) seeking a female roommate for my 2br/2ba apartment. rent is $896/month (plus half of the utilities) and includes a private room, walk-in closet, and bathroom. we would share the kitchen, living room, and balcony (all furnished). there is a washer/dryer in the unit. parking is off street and i have never had trouble finding a spot.

it is a great location: right across the street from the newly reopening springfield town center, walking distance to the springfield metro, and close to 95, 395, and 495, the gated apartment complex includes a gym, pool, business center, and clubhouse. i have lived here for the past four years and have found management to be responsive to all of my needs.

i am an elementary music teacher. in my spare time i enjoy piano, biking, hiking, cooking, and reading. i keep pretty busy but also enjoy taking breaks to explore the dc area.

the room is available october 1, with the lease renewing on october 24th. i plan to stay here at least one more year.
