i'm 27, work in the oilfield, social drinker, non smoker, average cleanliness, and have 2 dogs (a daschund and a boxer puppy).

the mortgage is $1200 so i would be asking for $750 with utilities included. utilities include: at&t uverse, wireless internet, electricity, gas, and water.
i have furniture in the room, but it can easily be moved out to accommodate your things.
