i am 33 yr old single mom. i have an 8 year old son. i am very laid back...very open minded...clean...hard working...like to have a good time...420 friendly. i live in a duplex with its own fenced in back yard. the price includes all utilities ( electric, water & sewer) as well as cable ( basic) and internet.close to i-75 and i-4. 15 mins to tampa and 15 mins to brandon. close to shopping and dining. there is a twin bed, dresser and tv in the room if you need it. the apartment is fully furnished. pets ok. looking for someone who is laid back and open minded as well and who can be respectful of my child and not do too many things that may warp his young mind. thanks for looking...look forward to meeting you
