i currently have a furnished room available. bed, dresser, and desk in room with shared bathroom. furniture can be removed if you have your own. it is a very quiet neighborhood. next to 417 s ramp, walmart plaza, gas stations, banks, many other stores are all less then 5min away. i never have to drive to far for anything. 20 min drive to ucf, 7 min drive to seminole state college, 25 min drive to downtown, and 10min from seminole town center.
