i am looking for someone to take over my lease beginning in july. the apartment is 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, each unit has their own bathroom, and walk-in closet. the complex, the grove, has not even been up and running for a year, but it is a great place to live. the appliances are not even a year old yet and are all in excellent condition. the apartment is fully furnished with couch, over-sized chair, side table, table for four, and each room has a bed, desk, dresser, and nightstand. and for this particular apartment, all three bedrooms are available, but only two of the rooms are priced at $535 a month and the third is at $565, but each room is individually leased out, so bring a roommate or just yourself. utilities such as water and electric are included in the rent. cable and internet are also included. pets are allowed with a $250 pet fee, and $30 a month in pet rent. currently signing a lease with the grove a 3 bedroom would cost $565 so taking over my lease would save you thirty dollars a month. if you are interested or have any questions please feel free to contact me.
