-includes shared living area, 1.5 shared bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, covered parking.
-you can make use of a 10x10 shed for extra storage if need be.
-a background check will be preformed, no cost to you.
-minimum 3 month agreement.
-includes a cleaning person once a month to clean room.
-$250 security deposit, plus 1st month’s rent upfront.
