i am looking for a female roomate to rent 1 bedroom in my 1810 sq ft house. room will be available 18 jun 2011. roomate responsible for 50% of bills (elec/tv/internet/water/trash). i prefer someone with a professional work-lifestyle (no out of control partying or schedules). will rent only to a non-smoker. prefer someone who is mature and past their partying years (i.e. no partying at odd hours on weeknights). weekend shennanigans is perfectly fine, as i tend to go out myself and have fun fri/sat nights.

no cats (i'm allergic). i have a male boston that is 3 years old. he is trained and is not destructive or does not create any mess in the house. may allow roomate to bring a dog depending on breed/size and if they're trained etc...

neighborhood is off bulverde rd and tpc pkwy. close to restaurants, bars, and shopping (chili's, bj's, target, heb, walgreens etc)
