currently just me living in the house. i am active duty military. i would prefer another military member, but it's not a necessity. as long as you're clean, responsible, mature, and respectful of others then you're good to go. i own the house. it's a four bedroom 2.5 bath house with two living rooms (one upstairs/one down) square footage is 2244. obviously i would like to meet you before hand. i have the move in date as 1 jul but if you need to move in before that, that's no big deal. i'm willing to prorate the rent. i also have a lease contract that will need to be signed to protect us both.
