i am an inside smoker. i have a cute duplex -3/2/1, wbfp, fenced backyard on a cul-de-sac in sachse. it is funished but i can move my things out of room(s) to the garage if need be. very conveniently located one block from hwy 78 and approx 2 miles to george bush and firewheel mall. i am looking for one roommate to split the bills down the middle. the rent is $925 and the bills run about $325 for electric, water, gas, and verizon fios internet (wireless too) -phone-cable tv. (- approx $625 each). this would be a roommate situation - not just a room for rent. i have a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. i just beg you to please be respectful of my things. i like to go out a couple of times a week but do not entertain at home much. i also am open to a third roommate to reduce bills. i have 2 small pugs that stay either out in the backyard or in my room.
