my boyfriend and i are looking for a responsible professional or student to share my spacious home. the house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a kitchen with plenty of storage space that opens out to the den and dining area. there is also a sunroom that looks out over the nice sized pool and a laundry room that also offers tons of storage. the room that is available is on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms to ensure privacy. it is actually a bedroom with a sitting area that has a full bath in between. the room also has 4 closets and a built-in bookshelf. rent includes free reign of all public living spaces, all utilities, use of the pool and trustworthy roommates. cable and internet are also provided. a deposit of $300 is required to secure the room and is refundable with a 2 month notice to move out, as well as the room being left in good condition. i am also requiring a criminal background check and 2 references. we will even provide references for you. the room is partially furnished, but you are free to bring your own if you would prefer. i can also email you other pictures of the house, as craigslist only allows for four.
