we are offering a room for rent in a nice, quiet neighborhood. two females and one male live here already. we are looking for people between 18-28, but exceptions maybe made.the room is large, 14x14, with three big windows. it has a medium sized closet with shelves, large build-ins along one wall and hardwood floors. shared kitchen and bath. kitchen is spacious, glass stove top, dishwasher, plenty of shelf space. bathroom is standard. rent includes all utilities, including cable, high speed internet (wifi), water, electric, heat, and a/c. this is an older house, but she runs well.
we do smoke cigarettes in the house. yard and driveway are spacious and private, and has a fenced in back yard if you have a dog. dogs and cats are ok, but please only one, as we do have two dogs in the house already. please note no laundry on site, but the laundromat is literally a two minute drive. 2 months rent due up front, no security deposit.
