2. working professional (22 - 35 age range, preferably).
3. reliable, paying rent on time.
4. enjoy get-togethers occasionally, possibly a party here and there (2-3x per year), and enjoy meeting and reaching out to new people.
5. quiet / respectful during other times - while people are sleeping and/or working, for example.
6. clean.
7. hardworking, enjoying free time responsibly.
8. a little bit hippie: recycle, compost, and be socially responsible.
9. have an appreciation for the finer things in life (good wine, good beer, gourmet cooking), even if you can't always afford it.
10. love reading, learning, growing.
11. college educated (preferred) or pursuing.
12. have goals, actively pursuing.
