i'm looking for someone to take over my half of the lease in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. potential tenant will have 2 bedrooms (make one an office if you'd like!) and a private bathroom. you will also have shared access to the downstairs area which contains: washer/dryer, dining room, living room, kitchen, and a half bath.

move in date is negotiable but preferably by november 1st and the lease ends on april 30.

townhouse is located in richmond right off chippenham. close to powhite pkwy and 10-15 minutes from downtown or vcu.
