i am looking for a roommate to rent the spacious guest bedroom in my 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse in the west end of richmond close to the intersection of gaskins and patterson. the room has a nice size closet and you will have your own private bathroom with tub and shower. i would prefer a grad student or a young professional between the ages of 21 and 28, male or female is acceptable. i am a 24 year old female, and i work a full-time job in the area as an office manager. i have a small dog, so you must be okay with pets, and i would consider additional pets depending on the specifics. ideal move-in would be for january 1st, but can be negotiable. rent will be $550/month and all utilities will be split between the two of us: electricity, water and verizon fios tv and internet service (no phone).
