we are looking for a some what quiet couple/single female (gay or straight, doesn't matter to us) that would like to occupy our room upstairs. the room is 15x11, the opening of the stairwell is 5.5 ft by 2 ft wide. you will need a window ac unit for it as well. also we have animals, two cats and a dog and all are very friendly, if you have animals we'll have to see if they get along. the house is none smoking, so if you smoke you will have to go outside to smoke. the bathroom is a shared bathroom.
