the room has a futon couch in it, if you have your own furniture the futon can be removed. nice closet space a shared bathroom on the first level of the house. visitor parking space if driving. you are free to use the patio (but scheduled in advanced to avoid conflict), free to use the kitchen and living room television (when available). there is a dog living in the house very friendly but can be caged if needed. there is absolutely no smoking in the house, if you smoke outside please allow the smell to linger away before re-entering the house. maximum of 2 guest are allowed in the house at a time, if a guest is to sleep over after the first time you will be charged an additional $65 on the rent per night the guest stays. guest are only allowed to use the bathroom on first floor and are prohibited from cooking, and going into refrigerator. washer and dryer are available, room is cable ready however would have to purchase own cable box and pay the monthly fee for the box. wifi is available throughout the house. if there are any additional questions or concerns please feel free to ask.
