i just signed this lease and need someone to take it over immediately, as i have decided to move to richmond due to employment. you would be taking over the lease, not subleasing it from me. you can be of any age or gender.

this room is 9’3’’x10’6’’. there is a huge window with a really pretty, shady view. fairly big closet with large cubby hole-type overhead storage. plenty of closet storage around townhouse. downstairs has air conditioning but the upstairs does not. huge livingroom with hardwood flooring. lovely, personal outside pattio area that would be awesome with a grill. washer and dryer in apartment, but no utilities are included in the rent price. have wireless internet and cable television set up. pool is a one-minute walk from front door. complex (copper beech) is nestled against a breathtaking backdrop of the mountains. convenient location to downtown and radford university – within walking distance of both. 15 minutes from both blacksburg and christiansburg. pets are totally fine as long as you pay for the pet deposit.

roommate is going to be a graduate teaching assistant at radford, so she needs someone on the quieter side and also respectful of space. she is, however, really easy-going and a ton of fun. you guys will have to meet and get along, obviously. like i said, i would like for this to be taken over immediately, so the sooner we get the ball rolling the better! – $315/month
