my current room-mate is moving out, so i need another or two to replace him. i have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house right by manatee river before sneads island.

it is a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. if you and a friend want to move in, the charge will be $300 and 1/3 utilities for each of you. if only one person the charge will be 450 plus 1/2 of utilities. if you would like pictures, please let me know.
