my name is angela. i'm 25, single and have a full-time job in west palm beach, fl. i have an unfurnished room for rent in gables montecito off of northlake blvd in palm beach gardens, fl. the room is 11.5 x 11.5 and has it's own private bath. there is a washer dryer and a/c unit. there is a small balcony. i am on the third floor. there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. the apartment has a large kitchen which has tile. the rest of the apartment is carpeted. i just moved in and my roommate now has to move out b/c her new job is in boca and she cannot afford the commute. the rent is $750 with a $100 deposit. utilities (cable, water, electric, and internet) will be included unless the electric bill changes drastically. gables montecito is a gated community. there are tennis courts nearby and there are 2 heated pools in the neighborhood. i'm looking for serious renters please. no cats as i'm highly allergic. dogs welcome (pet deposit has already been paid as my current roommate has a dog now).
