please text or email about listing (prefer text)i live in a great, very spacious 4 bedroom/2 and a half bath in regency park behind ucf.
*the rooms are upstairs which is like a loft. it's your own space and i have my old sectional couch up there - your own bathroom, etc. - great area
walk in closets in every room.
i'm fine with people who are social, i like to go out and drink and have fun - but i'm a full time student, with a 20+ hour a week internship and a job - i don't really want any parties at the house.
and i'd really just appreciate someone that would respect my furniture and property (not that i'm saying i consider it mine and make you not feel at home) i've just had so much ruined in the past by other roommates.
no drugs at all.
it's important that you are okay with animals and are willing to kind of help. (2 cats and one loving, very sweet dog)
**and by asking to kind of take help with the animals, i mean just let my dog out if you're home, etc. she's not a yappy dog, shes a medium sized mutt and is very well behaved. if you like dogs you'll fall absolutely in love with her.
if you have you're own furniture, you could rent a room for $650 - if not, you can rent the room with a bed, dresser and side table for $800 (possibly negotiable).
i have internet, cable, home phone. - we'd split the bills appropriately. - i've gotten the power and water down significantly.
there's a washer and dryer, dishwasher, fenced in yard.
***if you'd like to come over, see the house, get to know me and my animals we could have a drink and hang out or go out for a drink. drinks always sound good to me! :)
