room available for rent asap, male roommate preferred. we have a 3 bedroom condo in metro west (minutes away from valencia, universal, millenia mall, i-4) that we share with another roommate. you must be gay friendly, as he is a gay male & you will be sharing a bathroom with him. we all work a lot, and pretty much just sleep when we're home. we're not into parties or having a bunch of ppl over all the time. looking for someone respectful, clean, mature, drug free, quiet & easy going. rent is $500 mth, which includes all utilities, cable, internet, washer/dryer in unit, etc. there is a $500 deposit, which is refundable (or can be used towards your last months rent) upon move-out if sufficient notice is given & there are no damages. looking for someone that plans to stay several months or longer. we are all very laid back ppl who respect each others space & belongings & we are looking for someone similar. plz contact us if you are interested & we'll set up an interview. 321-695-6946 serious inquires only! :)â
