i offer for rent a 3 room efficiency housing unit with its own private entrance in my duplex.the efficiency is connected but it is a non share housing with no cross access.
given the size of the unit i would prefer to have a sole occupant but in some cases i may allow two
the unit has three total rooms including a bed and livingroom combo along with a mini fridge and microwave
the bathroom has new tile floor and everything is very clean and ready for immediate occupancy
im located in central ocala near the intersection of 14th st and magnolia ave
rent is 125 a week with electric, water, and trash pickup included. 300 moves you in with deposit.
