we have a room for rent in 2 bed/1 bath condo near vienna metro with a bus line right outside. the main bus line is only rush hour, however, 1 block away is a full time bus. room will be available aug 1, or a couple weeks sooner if needed.room is currently furnished with double bed, desk, bookshelf, dresser, and tv, but all furniture can be removed. room and condo are good size (room is approximately 10'x12') and is in a great, safe, and beautiful area. rent is $650 which includes utilities (as well as parking, access to fitness center and pool).
what we are looking for in a roommate:
clean
friendly, non-smoker, no drugs
ok with large dogs (we have 2 - they are very friendly)
pay rent on time
who we are:
same-sex married couple (females)
clean and tidy
friendly, non-smokers
great at sharing space : )
