my husband and i have been in va for about 7-8 months now and our current roommate will be moving out in january. we are a military couple and our current roommate was also military. it has worked out great for all parties that we'd like to continue renting out a room. we have a 4 bedroom house and looking for only 1 new renter. rent is 700 per month includes internet, all utilities and netflix. we do not have cable but do have an antenna for sunday football. etc. you just need to pay for your own groceries. you will have your own fridge/freezer that is right by kitchen door (in garage) we started sharing a fridge
