im moving out of an apartment in norfolk near odu. i live there with 3 other girls (that sounds like a lot) but its not bad at all. i need to find someone to replace me on the lease. the other girls im living with would really prefer to have a female student to replace me, its preferred but not absloute.about us: weve all had very different schedules so its seems like were all never there at the same time, we all are in school, so it stays quiet. we dont have parties there & were all respectful of each others studying time and space. we do have friends and lives though, we dont live in a library 24/7 but its not a zoo. everyone cleans up after themselves so cleaning has never been a problem. the roomate that i share a bathroom with we have a bathroom cleaning schedule, so not one person is always cleaning the bathroom and we have open communication about it.
a little more about the apartment. located in the area right behind the odu village, top floor duplex, theres parking off the street. the rent is $360 a mo and utilities run about $75 a mo which include -- water, electricity, cable with premium channels dvr & wifi internet. also, we have a washer and dryer in our unit.
if you were interested this lease would be ready whenever all the paperwork were filled out, so basically asap. and it runs thru june 20th which at that time you can choose to resign or move on if you wish.
