i have a 2 bedroom condo with 2 baths in the colonial part of norfolk. the renter will have 1 bedroom and 1 bath to themselves, utilities included all for $500/month. i am looking for 12 month renters. we are moving to a 4 bedroom, 1 bath single family home in the late spring 2011. i expect the renter to also come. the bedroom for the renter at new house is the biggest. the rent amount would still be the same. it is only a few blocks from my current condo. i am 27 years old, and i have a 4 year old son who stays with me about half the week. he is in school from 6-6 every day during the week. i am finishing school at odu as well as working and volunteering. we are quiet, respectful and expect the same in return. the room can be furnished if desired.
