i have a three story house that i am looking to rent the first floor bedroom (not furnished) with its own full bathroom. you have access to the kitchen, dining room half bathroom and deck which is located on the second floor. on the third floor are locked two other bedrooms with their own private baths along with a washer and dryer that is for your use. there is a bus stop approcimatly 5 blocks away from the residences. if you are a smoker, smoking is allowed outside of the residence. you have one parking space in the drive way. rent is due on the last day of the month in the form of a money order and the lease is month to month.

i do have a furnished room available on the third floor with a full size bed, dresser, end table and two chester drawers. it also has a walk in closet and a full size private bath. this room does has its own security lock on it with a key just for you. if you are intrested in this please contact me. the lease for this room is month to month.

this house is on the market to be sold thats why the lease is month to month. this is a quiet neighborhood and this house was just build in 2011. there is no crime and the police are not lurking around all the time. the residences are mostly military and growing families. upon move in, you need to pay your first months rent via money order. if intrested please contact me and we can meet to view the property etc
