i have a bedroom for rent along with your own private bathroom that is on the other side of the house (split plan). there is a closet in the bedroom that is big along with plenty of storage in the bathroom. i will have another closet available if you need extra space.

i have one cat. she's laid back just like me. i would like someone that is responsible and respectful and also laid back and easy going. i consider myself to be clean, and expect my roommate to clean up after themselves as well.
i have a laundry room onsite that you may use whenever you would like.

i live in a quiet neighborhood that has a clubhouse and a pool that is opened all year round if you are interested.

the $550 includes garbage and water. electricity will be split 50/50 as well as the internet. i do not have cable here at the house. i only have netflix. if you would like cable, there is a cable jack in the room if you want to have that connected. there is no landlines either. i just use my cellphone.
