for rent is the master bedroom in my 2/2 apartment in neptune beach. it is located right off 3rd st (a1a). the room is unfurnished and has it's own bathroom.rent includes everything (electric, water/sewer, at&t uverse high speed internet and tv, and use of kitchen, washer/dryer, etc).
about me: i am a 26 year old female and i work from home 9-5. i am gay so you would have to be okay with that. i smoke but only outside and i drink but not heavily. i mostly only go out on the weekends, if at all. i have a cat so i would prefer no more pets but if you have one it's not a dealbreaker, we would just have to discuss.
i am out of town until october 1st so that's when the room will be ready to move in. i'm posting this now to see if there is any interest. this will have to be on a month to month basis because i am waiting on a transfer out of town for work. when/if that happens, i would be able to give you at least 30 days notice, at which point you could either move out, take over the apartment yourself, or find another roommate to move into my room.
