my husband and i are renting a bedroom(with a closet).the room will be ready june 1, 2011. we would like at least a 6 month commitment to renting the room and you must be employed. we would prefer to rent to a single female, but we are open to havinga with a mom and 1 child. the renter needs to understand that we have kids of our own who are, well kids and loud and like to play. the room is unfurnished and the only thing is, is that our house is only 1 1/12 bath so the shower would have to be shared. we are clean people and the bath/shower would always be kept clean. we will not leave our items in that particular bathroom; like i said it would only be used for showers(and we would never need it at the same time lol). we have att u-verse and internet. all bills paid. we are close to 635 and 30. the renter will have access to our kitchen(and all its appliances), laundry room and living room (obviously the renter has to eat and not be stuck in the room all day :)). you must provide your own food. this is a small house but it is in a nice quiet neighborhood. it is in the mesquite isd and we have a middle school and elementary school in walking distance. we have 2 dogs, but they stay in the backyard and never come inside. we are non-smokers and therefore we are asking for the same. if you must smoke, it should only be done outside, never inside. we are not snobs or weird people, we are young, responsible hard-working parents who are looking for a good renter. you must have a stable job and income. rent is due the 1st of every month. no drugs!! no late night or overnight visitors!!! sorry no men!the rent is $350.00 and the deposit is $150.00 and will only be refunded after a minimum of 30 days after you move out and only if everything is the same as it was when you moved in and as long as the commitment is not broken.we will need at least a 30 move-out notice. we will have a small contract to sign, just to protect us both.
