hello, my name is autumn and my fiance and i recently bought a house in the el dorado suburb of mckinney, texas this past fall. however, my fiance has had to leave unexpectedly and will be gone until this coming fall. . i'm really down to earth and not all that picky as long as others just treat me the way they prefer to be treated. the room i'm trying to rent out is furnished with a full size bed, nightstand, and this hutch thing with a tv in it (if you don't want to use any of that stuff let me know i can have it moved to the garage). also, the carpet and paint are brand new- we pretty much gutted the house when we moved in. most of the house has wood floors oh yeah and the extra bathroom is right across the hall it's pretty basic. i'm pretty sure the house gets access to all tv channels we got that at&t u-verse thing i dunno i'm really not a tv person. i'm not sure if the cable hooks up to the room i'm trying to rent out but i can look into that and have it arranged if it doesn't. the house also has wireless access and we have an office if you prefer that. the 500.00 will cover rent, utilities, internet, and cable so i'm not going to bother you for anything else. and about me, uhm i'm going to school at both collin county and texas women's university for 2 different degrees so academics keep me pretty busy. i do like to go out every weekend or sometimes stay in and have a few drinks. i'm not really a crazy party type meaning, i'm not going to have strange people coming in and out of the house at all hours of the night. my school schedule keeps me pretty tame. i'm just looking for someone who will clean up after themselves and will just help me give this house an overall good vibe.
