hello,

my name is amanda, and i have a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment that i am looking to share with someone. i am a full time nursing school student and work full time as well. i would prefer to live with someone who is also a student, but that is not a must. i have a 12lb dog that stays in my bathroom when i am gone, and i am cool if you have a dog or a cat….or anything really just as long as it is not a bird (they chirp too early in the morning for me). i do go out and have fun every now and then, but i like to go to the party and not live at the party. i do keep wine in the apartment; because of this, it is important that you be over 21. i also have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to illegal drugs. i am going to school to be a nurse anesthetist (administering drugs to others), so it is imperative that i have nothing drug related on my record.

rent is $400 a month plus half of bills (water, cable, internet, electricity, etc.). i am looking for someone to move in around the beginning of february. feel free to check out the apartment complex online at www.fairwaysatwilsoncreek.com. there is a great community center with an olympic size pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, workout center, and free tanning!
