house/room info:we have a 5br/3ba 2 story house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in mckinney. 4 bedrooms are located upstairs, master has a private bath, and other bedrooms are bathroom adjacent. both of the rooms for rent upstairs are very large, unfurnished, and will comfortably accomodate a queen size bed with plenty of room for other furniture (a king size bed might take up most of the room). one room has a walk in closet, one room has a closet that is the length of the wall. both rooms have ceiling fans and central air and have access to wireless internet and cable. both rooms are painted a neutral beige color with white trim, which is pretty by itself, but we would be glad to help you paint if you wanted. both rooms have a view towards the back of the house; the room with the wall length closet has a view of the backyard and the stream that runs behind our house, and the room with the walkin closet has a view of the field that is next to our house. the room downstairs has a wall length closet, is attached to a bathroom that is accessible from the hallway, is also painted a neutral beige color, and comfortably accomodates a full sized bed with other furniture (a queen size might take up most of the room). the house has 2 living areas, a spiffy kitchen, a breakfast nook, a full laundry room, all of which you would have access to. plus a 2 car garage and ample driveway and parking outside. you are welcome and encouraged to bring any other household furniture (i.e. dining room, living room, kitchen, etc) you may have.
prices:
base price for rent for a single tenant would be $450 per month not including your share of the utilities. if you would like an all inclusive package (a price that includes utilities), we are willing to negotiate that.
