hello, i am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment with in manassas. i'll be moving june 29th. i am a 27 year old female federal government â professional.â 


apartment features:

washer and dryer in apt
pool
tennis courts
gym (really nice and new equipment)
spa and sauna
car wash area

â it is very close to the vre and omniride commuter lots if you take the omniride into dc like i do. there is no income restriction so you could be on the lease.â 

the apartment is roommate styled so we both have master bedrooms. we'd split the rent of $1382 and electric and cable and internet.

i am a 27 year old female federal employee. i'm outgoing but i keep to myself a lot at home and give my roommates their privacy. i'm a non-smoker, drink socially and have no pets. i'm just looking for someone that's professional and mature that also wants to save on rent or is saving until they can buy a house.
