seeking a mature christian woman to share a large 2 bedroom/2 bathroom roommate style apartment on the 2nd floor with newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms and many nice amenities. pay half of utilities they're are not included in rent. you can move in late august, current roommate leaving and need someone to help fulfill remaining 8 months of the current 12 month lease which expires on april 30, 2016. amenities include olympic-sized swimming pool, 24 hour fitness center, 2 tennis courts, media center and a business center with complimentary apple computers with wi-fi access. located close to public transportation including a vre station. there is central air in the apartment, but my roommate prefers extremely cold temps (70 degrees at nigh) but i like it a little warmer, so you can purchase the portable a/c if you'd like. it is a year old and works very well.
