im located on miramar blvd & university just seconds away from county line road off the turnpike. easy access to north miami & virtually anywhere in broward. 15 min south of nova university, bcc & all other universitys. im looking for mature roomates to share a 3/2 with in a gated community. $450 is the rent any lengh of time is ok but 12 months is preffered. im laid back & pretty easy to live with. i dont really have any stipulations since im only dealing with adults here. i prefer to do the majority of my socializing outside the house & keep the house to just the people that actually live there. hopefully my roommates are likewise. as long as your dependable & can pay rent on time your good. if your intersted please feel free to contact me @ godzfavorite07 at a0l dot c0m or just ask me for my cell.
