i live in castle hills in lewisville, tx. its a new sub division. home prices range from $300k to $2.5m. just got finished with a divorce. i have 3 bed rooms to rent. all of which are upstairs. its really a family type community, however, i may the only person on the street that does not have kids. 1 dog, a siberian husky, very nice and full of energy. he is in his cage during the day. all of upstairs is as it was 3 years ago when i bought the house. there is a huge game room, media room. lots of room. the community has its own elementary school, golf course, shops, swimming pools, and a community center. there is something there for all ages. i am in the process of selling all my furniture since my ex-wife took most of it and start building the house the way i want to. i am a pretty laid back person, work hard, and pretty open-minded about anything. as long as the house stays clean and not damaged and bills are paid on time, this could be a great place for anyone looking to get away from the city, however, be located in a great place, close to all major roads etc...
