hey there, i am looking for a roommate. i am not looking for a couple, and i am not looking for a male to room with me. i am looking for a single mother, such as myself, or just a woman. i have a two year old little boy, and i am very protective over him, so you would have to be someone that i can trust around him. you would have to be able to hold down a job, now i do take that very serious. i am a stay at home mom, but i do have income coming in. between me and whoever this roommate shall be, we will both equally half the rent, and the utility bills. i am not the one to rip somebody off, so each and every month i can show you proof of every bill if you would like. so from what i am gathering, it will probably be around 450.00 to 500.00 dollars each month for the both of us to dish out, maybe it will be less then that. rent here is 615.00 a month, so we both will pay 307.50. now about my place, there is two bedrooms available, one for you, and one for your child (if you have one), and you will also have your own full bathroom, which is really nice, and its a pretty good decent size. you will have full kitchen rights, and full laundry rights, but you must provide your own food, and also laundry detergent. now where i live at, there will be a 25 dollar background fee that my landlord will need for you to pay. i am a very nice and clean person, which i would expect for you to be the same way. and this is a real biggie of mine, you must not do drugs. i will not allow that around my son. im really easy to get along with, and i dont like trouble at all. if only you are 100% interested in all of this then please feel free to send me a message and we can discuss alot more. i stay over in lewisburg, so whoever is interested then i would like to meet you first before you move in. thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to read this, and i hope to hear from you! :)
