i am female, looking a female roommate, to share my 3 level, leesburg, townhome. i am a middle-aged woman (57) and i have one dog. he is a 13 year old rescue dog (chow-chow/sheltie mix).

as my roommate, we will share all common areas (exception my lower level office), and you will have exclusive use of 3 rooms on the third floor, which are: (1) a medium sized bedroom (10’ x 9.5’), (2) a small office/den (9’ x8 ‘), and (3) full bath with shower/bathtub. the rooms are unfurnished. (i will gladly send photos.)

the space is available immediately. one month’s rent will be required as a security deposit, and first month’s rent (or prorated amount) provided on move in date. month to month renting is acceptable.

i may consider a roommate with a dog, if compatible with my pet. sorry no cats due to allergies.

monthly rent is $825 + â½ of utilities (estimated to be approximately $150 including wireless internet and cable tv, possibly less); therefore, a total of roughly $975 including rent and utilities. most townhouses in the area rent for $1850+ not including utilities.
