the apartment is two-bedroom on the third floor with a balcony, a fire place, and it's pet friendly. the rent is about $350 per person and it includes trash, water, and gas. wifi and electricity is paid separately. there is one bathroom but there is also a big vanity outside of the bathroom, so while one person showers, the other doesn't need to wait to brush their teeth, put on make up, etc. it really is a nice apartment so please contact me if you are interested.
